An Ordinance to determine the degree of validity to be accorded to money payments made and debts incurred during the period of enemy cccupation of the Colony and matters related thereto.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Debtor and Short title. Creditor (Occupation Period) Ordinance, 1948.
2. (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise Interpreta- requires,
